Cannot access Pro version

I bought the PRO version and I cannot access the download page as it rejects what I thought was the correct password. I have one attempt left to log in and do not want to be locked out. And there is no Lost Password link.

I need the PRO version of the plugin asap as I need to demo it to the client.
