Accessing CSS?

    I have a license but am finding that it doesn’t give me quite enough control. Is there a way for me to modify the CSS on the elements?

    Some examples of what I’m trying to do:

    • Modify the margin on .element_3 .title-block_3 h3
    • Remove the border-right on #huge_it_portfolio_popup_list_3 .popup-wrapper_3 .image-block_3

    Can I modify the above CSS elements anywhere?
