Page missing for upload ImageMap

    I created an imagemap and published at.
    But I can’t use this, because there is no page in media upload for this.
    I tryed to debug this.
    I can see that media_upload_tabs was called and page was added,
    but the page is not visible.
    There is no debug-warning.
    What can I do to find the problem?

    I found a new clue.
    The Imagemap-Page is only visible, when I go to “Add files” in top of the editor.
    But the whole left column is hidden, when I want add a picture to a post or when I want change the picture of the header in theme definition.
    Have you an idea, what I can correct?
