Pro version Custom Fields disabled

Hi,

I’ve tried contacting support on your site and through the plugin itself but haven’t had a response. This is my last attempt, hopefully someone will respond.

I’ve purchased the Pro version of your plugin and installed it on my website. I’ve set up ioncube successfully and installed ACF. When I go to the “Custom Fields” screen, everything is set to disabled; I cannot turn on the ACF option. I’ve searched the documentation and there’s no information about this.

This is very frustrating as I bought the plugin specifically for this solution but it hasn’t worked out of the box. Please advise.
