PDF flightbox randomly not working

    Hi,

    We seem to be having a problem with flightbox loading. Although we’ve never experienced a problem whilst being logged in. Users have been saying the PDFs aren’t working and I’ve seen the problem myself when not logged into WP. The flightbox doesn’t load no matter how long you leave it (I did manage to get it to work after a couple of page refreshes though).

    I’m having a hard time figuring out the problem, I’ve disabled all of the plugins and enabled them again which didn’t effect it.

    The problem is on the policy page we have here.

    I’d appreciate any help.

    Do you happen to have any caching plugins like W3Total Cache, or maybe an Amazon cache thing going on? If logged out users are accessing cached pages, they’re probably getting some other logged-out user’s security nonce. Just a thought.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, it sounds likely this could be the cause, caching gives us a lot of headaches. I’ve disabled WPsupercache and we also have some caching from the .htaccess – I removed the line ‘application PDF’ line from there, so hopefully this has fixed the problem.
