I managed to change the rem in the customised field; Site Title & Tag line, thanks to someone help on another post, I changed it
from: 2rem 0 2rem 0
to: 1rem 0 0rem 0
I was told to change it to 1rem but I changed it to 0rem, is that ok, I won’t encounter any problems will I, when people view the site?
I just need to know how to change the space between menu and page contents now, please
Hi I am still very much in need of answer to this question, I have searched and searched, and tried every code I have come across in other peoples question regarding this issue, but nothing has worked. I managed to reduce it a little way as mention in my second comment. But it still has quite a gap, as you can see if you visit my site

decrease the space between the logo and menu
Try this in Custom CSS option (plugin, or theme’s feature if it has one).
.header-bg { padding-bottom: 5px; } /* can change 5px to whatever */
And also between menu and page content please?
Currently there is an empty text widget in Featured Top widget area, visit Appearance » Widget and remove that text widget.
