Comments show above and below post

When I activate this plugin, the comments show up above AND below the post.
In addition, I have the native comments disabled. When the plugin is deactivated, there is no “comments” label anywhere (which is what I want – I want it to only show the Facebook comments section). However, when activating the plugin, I also see comments labels from the native comments section.
I can’t hide it using the custom CSS because it hides all the comments.
