iframe issues: flightbox and refresh on upload

Incredible plugin, thank you so much for creating this.

I’m using an iframe to display the list of files and I have flightbox enabled. Unfortunately, the flightbox loads at the very bottom of my page, below the footer. Is this a problem with iframes and flightbox or a problem with my theme and browser?

Also, I would love to have the iframe refresh itself when a new file is uploaded. Is it possible to do that?
