Another thing I did was give several additional permissions but when Agent support this as a secondary role is not possible to see if the ticket is assigned to another person
First of all, a “ticket not found” error doesn’t seem normal and it shouldn’t be caused by permissions issues. Have you tried refreshing your permalinks?
Second of all, what exactly do you mean by “secondary role”? How did you assign a secondary role to a user?
I’ll take some pictures for you so you’ll understand better
the second image
maybe this can be seen with some code
Ok I see. Can you please try to go in the plugin settings, click the Advanced tab and make sure Admins See All and Agents See All are unchecked.
Hello Julien
When unchecked these 2 options
the administrator does not see the notification, neither the ticket
whit vendor the notification continues but the ticket can not be seen

It’s a bit hard to help you on this one as I don’t know what you’re using for those secondary roles. What I’d like you to do is make sure your vendors have the correct capabilities. Please see “Users get “You do not have the capacity to open a new ticket” in the FAQ for that.
Hello Julien plugin that allows me to do that is WPFront User Role Editor
With the capabilities I have no problems your plugin works well when you assign the correct capacity
The problem is if you assign the correct capacity but in a secondary role
It is when you can not see the ticket.
Hello Carlosusa, if you assign Support Agent like Primary Role and Vendor in the Secondary, you have the capacity issue in the tickets view ?
Only a question… I know what you want is PRole = Vendor and SRole = SAgent.
if you assign Support Agent like Primary Role and Vendor in the Secondary you can see the ticket but the problem is vendor role not work, the seller or vendors lost the role.
It is confusing, what I would like is the role of agent supor work as secondary role when I was assigned to the vendor.
Yes, I emulate your problem, but is working for me. Anyway, I remember when I have a similar problem with WPFront and the capacity.
What capacity have the your Vendor Role? You create that Role based/copy another?
I used 2 plugin wc-vendor and Awesome Support but everything is instaled in the primary site of a multisite
whith the original roles
all work fine but the vendor can’t see the tickes when are assigned
i have a single subdomain this is separated of a multisite and have the same problem.
Thanks Carlos, I install wc-vendor and I test the error.
The issue is from the Vendor Role who is directly created by the plugins.
If you create a new role Based/Copy from Vendor Role, and use that role like primary and S.Agent in secondary, the user can view the tickets.
Maybe that can help you for the moment.
But the question is: Why? Hahahaha … I will continue testing and looking for more pieces.
