Subscribers not adding to Aweber

    Hi,

    When someone signs up on the contact form using any of my SumoMe plugins (ListBuilder, SmartBar or ScrollBox) they do not get added to Aweber.

    Consequently these folks aren’t getting their free goodies from me automatically.

    Anyone know what I’m doing wrong or can offer any advice on what to look for to find the cause of this? SumoMe has totally improved my conversions and I’m grateful for that, but I want those folks automatically on my list!

    Submit a ticket on help.sumome.com and we’ll make sure it’s getting added.

    Did you make sure to choose a list once you connected Aweber?

    I am experiencing the same issue on my websites. I am getting the subscribers, but they are not adding to my Aweber lists. A list has been connected and chosen in the admin area, but nothing is getting added.

    Please let me know how to correct this.
