Lost SERP star ratings

I switched ratings plugins to this one. Unfortunately I lost my star ratings in Google upon doing so. The ratings remain for the other items reviewed with another plugin.
This is a nice plugin, I’d like to use it. But, it simply doesn’t seem to get the job done.
