    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    We have fixed this bug for next udpate. Please find solution until this update release-

    For Free version-
    Comment/delete Line 24 and 25 in main php file wp-support-plus.php.

    For Pro version-
    Comment/delete Line 29 and 30 in main php file wp-support-plus.php.

    Those line are-

    add_filter('wp_mail_from',array($this,'setMailFrom'));
add_filter('wp_mail_from_name',array($this,'setMailFromName'));
