    the print function is probably being triggered before some of your content is loading.
    the link http://www.wordpress.ek-bootsmotoren.de/ is not active.

    do you have an iframe, google map, or anything external to your site that needs extra time to load?

    Try setting a value like 700 in the Pause Before Print section of the plugin’s option page.
    This will pause 700 ms before trigging the print function.
    Let us know if this works for you.
