Hi, I’d like to know if this plugin has options to put pictures in the background and in the footer? Basically, I’m looking for a plugin where you can modify the navigation bar in CSS.

Hi david221,

This plugin allows you to have a responsive menu for the mobile/tablets etc. Its not for changing anything on footer or any background image. You can install and try it and see if it satisfies what you are looking for.
