Exclude post ID for cooments loop

Hi,

I have a case when I need to exclude comments from one post in my loop of last comments. Is it possible to add parameter like made for post/page loop? :

[loop type="page" exclude="5669"]
...
[/loop]

and make for example:

[comments count="10" exclude="5669"]
...
[/comments]

?
