Yes, I do. But I have a custom theme (blankslate) that gives you basic files to write your own theme. But this theme was write by another developer. So, maybe, it’s a problem with an hypothetical comments.php file?

I see now the when i active the plug in, the page load the <head> content in the <body>. I can’t understand why.

I’d look more into the theme files themselves. I’d include after the_content() rather than within comments.php unless you want FB comments to completely replace the native WP comments.

No, I don’t want completely replace theme comments with Facebook comments. I have try to use another theme but it doesn’t work the same. I’m sure the do_shortcode() is after the_content(). Do you have other advice?

Not really other than trial and error with conflicting themes and plugins.
