There’s a simple plugin called Pending Submissions Notifications that does this really well out-of-the-box. You can find it here.
Alternatively, you may want to check out this post. It seems this functionality can be added to Edit Flow, which is a very popular plugin for maintaining a good workflow on a multi-author site. You can find Edit Flow here.

THx i tried all but i cant get email, where do i make the configuration which mailserver will email the messages? pop or smtp settings etc?
POP is for incoming mail. When a mailserver emails the messages, it’s called SMTP.
You need an SMTP plugin.
