This plugin has http 503 setting or not?

I would like to shut down my website for 3 weeks. I’m looking for a good plugin that either nicelooking or multi-functional. Your plugin is very good I’d like to use it. But compared with other plugins,there is no 503 setting in this plugins. Whether it is automaticlly done the 503?
