You can show popup on specific URLs by activating “On specific URL” in Available Conditions when creating or editing popups, see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/AypiOb1RmL.
This will allow you to display it only on one or more pages.

@jcurlier I’ve tested this and it doesn’t work, you have to add each URL on separate line in order to display popup on these specific pages. Additionally I’ll check this with plugin developer to see if there is a way to use patterns there.
@jenellejenelle could you please add more info on how are you adding the link and what are you trying to achieve so I can better understand it.

Just a quick follow up on your question. Using URL patterns in “On specific URL” is not possible in the free version of the theme.
However, this is possible in the premium version with activating “Advanced URL” in available conditions in Popup -> Settings.
