Hi Matt,
I’m not able to load that link at all. Additionally, I can’t load any IDX page on this site right now.
However, I noticed that you have the site on a secure domain / server. Right now, dsIDXpress will not function on secure sites so you’d have to change that in order to continue using dsIDXpress.
We have potential plans to make the plugin compatible with secure sites down the road but aren’t quite there yet.

So what I am hearing, is that the IDX pages will not work because the HTTPS on our site, which is a major deal with both SEO and ecommerce for this site.
other IDX pages include:

So is that SSL issue also a reason why the next page or single views of homes dont load with the same redirect error?
Who do we need to to call to get some support? I have an email in, this thread and left a message with support and nothing.
I shut off HTTPS and now it says the IDX key is inactive.
This tools seems to be a mess and poorly supported.

My apologies. I didn’t get the normal email telling me there was an update to this post.
You are correct that it will not currently work with HTTPS. This is something we plan to change down the road but right now it is not compatible. And yes, that’s the reason the next page will not properly load. You would need to disable HTTPS in order to properly use our plugin.
