There are many threads on this, but only a few lists the fix. Here is what I finally did after spending like 4 hours searching the web for a fix.
In your dashboard under plugins, disable all listed plugins. Then use a FTP application and delete the Jet Pack directory under: ftp://yourwebsiteurl/wp-content/plugins/, or use windows explorer, type in the above url, wait to login, then delete the directory.
Then add new plugin, select Jet Pack, and re-install. Then go back and re-activate all your plugins.
As @spiderschemainfo suggested could you try to update to the most recent version of Jetpack, 3.4.1? It should solve the issue!

I have re-install jetpack. Now it is working very well.
