  • I did exactly the same process as Kalimae i have the same error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /nfs/c07/h01/mnt/180120/domains/waytkd.com/html/wp-content/plugins/mashsharer/includes/libraries/RolingCurlX.php on line 53

Im not updating the other sites until sorted!

We are soory for the issue. This is already fixed in current version.

Can you tell me if reinstall is working for you?

My whole website is down after this update to the Mashshare plugin. Not good.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/wp_v9swau/domain/wp-content/plugins/mashsharer/includes/libraries/RolingCurlX.php on line 53

Now working with my hosting company to undo this damage because I can’t even get into my site now. This is a serious mess up.

Gideon, just go onto your FTP and delete the mashshare folder… this WILL allow you to get your site up and running again… I deal with many websites and test one or two sites for an update first then role out to the rest if all ok. ANY problems i simply do what ive just stated above… hope this helps =)

RENE ive just re-installed the plugin and all is working ok – thanks for sorting out so quick!

Thank you, defiant06. Much appreciated. My site’s back up after deleting the folder. Did you delete the Mashshare Networks folder too? Doesn’t seem like I need to, but wonder if that’s just better when it comes to reinstalling this later? Thanks again, very much.

I’ve installed the new update after I had to delete the update from earlier today.
Now the backend works but on the frontend of my site I see

Catchable fatal error: Argument 3 passed to RollingCurlX::addRequest() must be an instance of callable, array given, called in /home/bfahost/public_html/ignorz.com/wp-content/plugins/mashsharer/includes/mashengine.php on line 52 and defined in /home/bfahost/public_html/ignorz.com/wp-content/plugins/mashsharer/includes/libraries/RolingCurlX.php on line 48

    Two questions Rene:

1 – I reinstalled the plugin and it is now working. But all of my social share metrics have reset back to zero. How can I get that back?

2 – I purchased the Mashshare Networks add-on. But I deleted that folder too. The download link I received from you has expired. So how do I get that add-on again without having to re-purchase it and pay again?

I’m glad to hear, I also appreciate your understanding.
    Thanks for that:-)

BTW. You guys should ask your hoster to update php version. The version you are using isn’t maintained by the php developer any longer.

Bfaagency please install the previous version and tell me which php version you ate using.

@gideon you download the add-on at mashshare.net. Check the link “your purchase” in the upper right of the website.

Your old shares come back shortly.

When I click “your purchase”, it just says “You are already registered” with option to logout.

Hi Rene, thanks for pointing out the PHP version – been meaning to do this for a while! So much to do and so little time to do it in!

OK. For other people having problems finding the download link for previously purchased add-ons, go to:
    https://www.mashshare.net/checkout/purchase-history/

Then click the “View Details and Downloads” link

Then, at the very bottom of that page, you will find a simple link with the name of your add-on. Click that, and it will download it again.

Again, this is assuming you’ve already purchased the add-on, have deleted it for some reason and want to reinstall it.
