    thanks for reaching out – we had that issue in the previous version. Would you be so kind and tell me what is your WP version and also (y)our plugin version?

    Plugin version: 3.5.4

    thanks for getting back to me. Would you be so kind and try to delete browsing data (cache) and try re-installing the plugin. Also, if possible – can you give me a list of your other plugins installed?
