I purchased the keyword filtering add-on and entered my keywords on the respective settings page. It doesn’t seem to be working properly. Does it take a certain amount of time to take effect?

Alternatively, I have been using the keyword filtering short code. Is it possible to use multiple words here. For example, instead of using just one word:

    [wp-rss-aggregator filter=’Inglewood’]

Is it possible to use two or more words? If so, what would that short code look like?

Thanks in advance for your time.

    Hi,

This forum is for support questions with regards the free version of our plugin only. Any questions regarding our premium add-ons should be sent through a support ticket.

To answer your question anyway though, yes, you can use multiple words in the shortcode as filters. For example, the following will filter your feed items to include only those items that contain the words ‘WordPress’ and ‘blog’:

    [wp-rss-aggregator filter=’WordPress, blog’]

For any further support please send us a support request through a premium support ticket and reference this forum entry in your message.

    Thanks!
