Hi, I am experiencing the same problem. In my system no mails (neither for the seller nor the buyer) are sent. Please fix this issue soon! CartPress is an amazing plugin, but if this does not work the whole shop system is uesless for me 🙁
Hi,
It’s not a problem in TheCartPress. You have to set a valid email in TheCartPress settings/checkout, “From email” field. a valid email is an email with the same domain as the site.
If your site is http://www.example.com, the email must be no-response@example.com
Best regards
Hi,
Please, if emails issue works properly, Could you Mark this topic as resolved?
Best regards
The “from email” field is set with a domain address: [Moderated – you don’t want to get spammed] Yet it still does not work.
Hi,
The From email must be have the same domain as the web. Could you contact with your hosting company? They can see if the emails are not sending and why?
Best regards
Here I do receive email notification for every new order. But if I go in a particular order and click on “send email to me” it does not work…
Hi,
This email is sent to the same address (TheCartPress settings/Checkout @mails to send orders.
Best regards
Got the same issue when updating to latest but has worked for years. No other change than update to latest.
Checked email address according to above and is ok. Some other issue must be causing this. Any help is greatly appreciated
Hi,
Which version were you using?
I use:
Wordpress 4.3.1
Cartpress 1.4.5
Both customer notification email and notification email to me is not sent.
Setting (wp-config.php)
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
Gives

Ok,
I’m going to take a look,,,
Some more details to help you debug:
In “Cartpress->orders” order-view I can choose to send email to billing and shipping address and it works. BUT “Send email to me” doesn’t work.
Hi,
could you contact with me using this link http://thecartpress.com/extend/contact/
Best regards
I can confirm the same behavior in version 1.4.5. The functions “send email to billing address” and “send email to shipping address” work. However “send email to me” does NOT work. The administrative email adress configured in general wordpress settings is in the same domain as my wordpress site.
