RTL support

Hi,

Current version (1.2.7) incompatible with RTL whether in front-end or back-end so I manipulate some CSS for front-end and I wish to support RTL in the coming release.

IMPORTANT: modifying Key4ce osTicket Bridge style is really annoying because it has tags without class or ID and whenever you go you’ll find this strange tag:
<div style="clear: both"></div>
Any way I modified the CSS in stupid way just as a temporary solution for RTL support… see the snippet plz: http://hastebin.com/afiyuxevuf.css

BTW, I stopped modifying the back-end because I don’t know how to keep the modifications after updating to the next release (I’m using child theme for front-end)
