NextGen Gallery – cannot find css file

Please forgive me if this topic has been posted previously. If so, please direct me to it.

I am trying to wrap text next to my gallery using css code but when I go into plug in editor and choose NextGen from the menu but it does not have a css file. When I try to go directly to it using the url for where it should be, I get a blank page.

Please help!!!!! If you need any more info, please let me know.
