Two Registration Issues

I am getting the following two messages on the registration page:
1.
REGISTRATION FEES
You must select at least one item!
2.
No Fees/Items available for todays date!
Please update fee dates!

I have created one event on March 13, 2015. After clicking on the event the two messages show when the visitor is taken to the Registration page.

I have set up tickets for this event, but cannot figure out how to connect them to the event. I assumed this would be automatic, but apparently not.
