After embedding a video gallery using the embed code, everything appears as is expected. However an issue occurs when clicking on the thumbnail.

The lightbox opens as expected, however only the text “This content failed to load.” appears.

Please help.

I noticed yesterday that this problem does not occur with the Video Gallery/Content Popup.

I am having the same problem on this page. http://www.himalayanstoveproject.org/video-gallery/

The video plays fine in the lightbox, but when you close the whitebox, I get this error message. http://www.screencast.com/t/x87Rs7B9e

Hello
Dear if you noticed, when you open the image some other lightbox plugin woks with it.
So our plugin has it’s Lightbox, deactivate all other lightbox plugins that you have.
