updating exchange rate

Currently there isn’t an option for this in WCML. However, there is a plugin that does this, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-currencies/

Even though they claim WCML / WPML compatibility, note that it doesn’t appear on our list of compatible plugins and WPML can only ensure those items. http://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/
