Have you looked into Press This? You can find the current version of it under Settings > Writing, and there’s also a new version being tested currently that you can find at https://wordpress.org/plugins/press-this/ that installs as a plugin until it’s ready to be put into WordPress core.

—when a user logs in and they go 2 my blog site they see a black bar with new and message when they click on it they go 2 the dashboard messages. but i whant them 2 stay on the website and post messages directly there. i dont whant them 2 see any kind of wordpress thing.
are you getting me and is this possible?

i just installed WP User Frontend plugin and see in configuaration all i whant but when i click new message it still gets me in the backend of the site 🙁 what am i doing wrong
I’m afraid I’ve never used that plugin my self so I don’t know, have you posted on that particular plugins own support forums? You can find it at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-user-frontend and I’m sure the developers there are much better equipped to help identify what you are having problems with.
