Hi,
Did you update your Woocommerce plug-in ? We currently don’t support latest version of WooCommerce plug-in.
This is going to be fix within a few days.
Best,

Hi,
We updated plug-in to support latest version of WooCommerce. It looks like it’s not working for you. We couldn’t reproduce the problem.
Could you deactivate others plug-in than WooCommerce and Beans ? This configuration will allow us to detect any possible interaction with another plug-in.
Best,
Remy
Woocommerce updated again yesterday. Have you updated again?

Hi,
Yes indeed.
The latest update should improve compatibility.

It is improved but still not correct. Now when someone tries to redeem beans they receive the positive response about the maximum beans they can redeem but they still receive the error saying coupon does not exist. There is a message saying they have chosen to redeem beans but the dollar amount for their order does not update.

Hi,
This bug is very specific to your store. So we will need more information in order to help. Have you tried to deactivate all the non-essential plugins except WooCommerce and Beans as mentioned above?
Best,
Beans Team
Woocommerce just released 2.3. I’m going to wait to troubleshoot until you update for that.
OK I have the most current Woocommerce and Beans updated. I have tried deactivating plugins one-by-one and it seems your plugin is in conflict with VarkTech Pricing Deals for WooCommerce. How do we resolve this issue? That plugin is essential for my website.

Hi,
Glad you find the plugin that is causing this issue.
Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do about that.
You will have to let the plugin author know that their plugin is causing trouble for Beans and (probably) any other plugins using the WooCommerce coupon engine.
When you work this out feel free to stop by and let us a review 🙂
Beans Team.
I will contact their support. I will ask you the same question though. Are you certain that your plugin is not using the WooCommerce coupon engine incorrectly?
They said they suspect that the conflict is due to the fact that their plugin currently uses the Woo coupon system to supply the discount to Woo. Is that what your plugin uses as well? Does the WooCommerce coupon engine only allow one plugin to work?

Not at all. The WooCommerce coupon engine does not allow only one plugin to work. This plugin is filtering every coupons whereas it should only filter its own coupons.
Hope they will update their plugin soon.
Best,
Beans Team.
You wrote “This plugin is filtering every coupons whereas it should only filter its own coupons.” Thank you! That is exactly the sort of information I want to send them to prove that it is their plugin at fault and not yours!
