user display xprofile field

    Your plug-in is great! I’m trying an example [users] loop and displaying a couple of fields per your example in the docs. But I’d also like to display fields from the user’s buddypress xprofile. It doesn’t seem to work as I’ve seen you describe “custom user field name”. How can I do this?

    My example using an xprofile field of status:

    [users role=”admin”]
    Admin: [user id]
    Contact: [user name]
    Status: [user status]
    [/users]

    Sorry, BuddyPress fields are not supported yet. I’m looking into implementing it soon.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I’m looking forward to it. In the meantime, I’ve discovered that combining your [pass] shortcode with [xprofile] from the BP XProfile Shortcode plug-in does do the trick with a bit of effort. I see lots of uses coming for [pass]. Thanks!

    I should say: I used [pass] in the case of a user ID stored as a custom field in a Topic to provide it to the [xprofile] shortcode, but I still can’t do that with user data within a [users] loop.
