Can you please try disabling all your other plugins (especially any that are causing your code to be minified) and seeing if the error still occurs?
My hunch is that some other plugin or caching system you have is causing this, since I don’t get the same error on my Jetpack test site.
Let me know if that works, thanks!

Thanks Adam, but only disabling Jetpack this issue is gone.

The issue goes away if you disable Jetpack because Jetpack is what’s causing that line of code to exist on your site in the first place. However, my hunch is that it’s the minification that’s causing the actual invalid apostrophe to appear there.
Please try disabling all your plugins except Jetpack, making sure the code is no longer being minified, and then try to re-validate it.
Thanks!

Hum, I’m done this but the issue persist.
The question now is live with the issue or live without jetpack.
Thanks a lot.
When I view the source code of your site, I still see minification in effect. Can you try turning that off and letting me know so I can run some tests?
Thanks!

Ok, from this moment i turning off minification.
Thanks in advance.
I am still seeing the site source as being minified. Screenshot:

It’s not just my cache either, as my colleague sees it that way as well. Can you please clear the cache if you have any such caching plugins so we can inspect the full source?
Thanks! 🙂

Hi Adam,
I turning off minification for about 12 hours, and off course clear the cache.
If you need the HTML of the main page I have with no minification, in this time w3c shows too many errors.
Thanks
One way or another, yes, I need to see the non-minified source of your site. Whether you want to turn minification off, wait for me to see it, and then turn it back on… or just unminify and paste your source into http://pastebin.com/ or something is up to you. 🙂
Thanks!

Ok, looking at the source, it seems like the extra apostrophe is being added on every script line:

… not just ones associated with Jetpack. Can you please try disabling Jetpack and minification, and then posting another Pastebin of your source? I want to see if it goes away when Jetpack is deactivated.
Thanks!

Thanks. Its on http://pastebin.com/U6XbG5Gy
Thanks again!
Yeah see, the issue is still there:
http://d.pr/i/EfHN/3BHlWLt7
… and the validator still throws errors when you copy and paste your “No mini no Jetpack” code into it. So it’s definitely not Jetpack that’s causing it.
As for what is causing it, that I can’t say. You might try asking your hosting provider for help tracking down where the error is. Unfortunately I can really only help with Jetpack-specific issues here. 🙁
