Dear first of all, our developers should see your page, and test it on mobiles, in order to say why the lightbox doesn’t response.
I am having the same issue, and I have purchased a license. When viewing on any mobile device, the pop up takes up the entire screen and it’s impossible to get back to the main page.

I am using the Video Gallery on my site and when I try to view on my mobile phone, the size is too big. It does not re-size to fit the screen.
I would like to keep using this, but if it will not work on mobiles, it is not use to anyone.
I have the payed Personal version!
Any help would be much appreciated.
