    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can you navigate to the Text tab, and remove the contents of the From field, save it, re-enter your contents, and then save it again? Please, do the same thing for the admin email address on the Email tab.

    These are the two settings used to create the From information for the emails. Let me know if that solves the issue.
