Unable to save menu

My primary menu is gone and when i try to make a new one, it will not save.
Is this a rights problem?
Normally there is a menu bar, now only pagenames.

Try switching to a default theme and test. Then deactivate all the plugins and test.

Already done that, same result.
Is it possible that this is a problem with writing rights 644 / 766 / 777

I don’t think so because it writes it to the database. Have you tried it from a different computer? Cleared your cache?

Next thing to do is a re-install of the core files.

The webhoster told me there was a database crash, wp_options was chrashed and that they had to fixed it.
And since then I have this error

I have an old back up, 2 months ago.
Maybe i can drop WP_OPTIONS and use the back up to import WP_OPTIONS again

I’d export your content first if that’s still working from the dashboard under the tools menu. That way if you need to rebuild the data base you can import it back in.

This is nice plugin to easily back-up and restore your database ..it has a repair option as well.
