Ouch. Please do NOT upgrade from v2 to v3 (yet). Those two versions are not compatible and the migration script is not finalized yet. I’m sorry about the delay.
What you need to do now is to delete version 3 from your FTP and re-upload version 2, otherwise your entire helpdesk will be broken.
I installed v3 from scratch, but have the same problem – after registration it just loops me back to registration screen, nothing seems to happen. The same with login attempt.
Alright then. Have you set a specific page as the login page (in the advanced settings)?
no, everything is default: Custom Login / Registration Page = None

I as well deleted V2 and ran a clean install of V3.
However now I go to themeforest and they have removed the v2 download link! where can we find it?
I have just created an account on your site, logged-out, logged-in again. Everything is fine for me.
@teryglenn1 Unfortunately Envato’s team decided to remove v2 from their marketplace. If you have switched to v3 why not continue with it?
I would love to use it but I’m having the same issues at the previous poster.
Updated to 3.1 today and unchecked the “Theme Stylesheet” settings and it seems to be working now!

Found a new issue Julien, when i go to http://runsol.com/my-tickets/ to re sign in with a created user, i use the email address i put in however it will only let me log in with the username that wordpress automatically generated. Is this by design?
Also one more thing, now when i create a ticket, it makes it sends emails out I can see it in the admin panel etc. However the client gets a page not found error, here is an example page it generates.
