    Hi,

Thank for the plug-in. It is exactly what I needed.
I use your plug-in to show the files listed in a directory and show this on a page. The content of the directory is displayed on the page.
So far so good. However, when I want to display the content of the files (PNG, and PDF-file) in the FLightbox, I only get a black or white screen (depending on the style). It does not show the content. Do I overlook something? I have tried it on a Windows and Mac installation, same results.

I am using the following code:
    [fileaway flightbox=”multi” boxtheme=”silver-bullet”]

Thanks in advance for your help.

Does it work if you add type="table" to the shortcode? It should work either way, but try it out.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for the prompt reply!
At the moment I’m at work but as soon as I’m home again I will look in the suggestions.
The site is situated an a local host base but I was planning to put it on line this evening.
Then it would certainly be possible to grant you admin access to the site.

    Thanks again

    A quick update:
I have tried it with your suggestion (type=”table”), but this did not fixed the problem. The website is not online yet. However, I will contact you as soon the website is online.

I’m willing to bet that the problem itself is that this is on a local host. Once you get it online, try it out. If it still doesn’t work, I’ll get it fixed for you.

It’s a conflict with your Responsive Full Width Background Slider plugin. When I deactivate this plugin, the FlightBox works fine. So obviously some javascript or CSS that the Background Slider plugin is loading to the page is creating errors or something that is preventing the FlightBox from working.

Thanks for taking a look and that you identified the problem. I have tried it and you are correct.
Is there a way to fix this problem, e.g. File Away detect Responsive Full Width Background Slider is installed and temporarily disables RFWBS when FLightbox is opened and FLightbox enables RFWBS again when it is closed?

No, it doesn’t work like that. You can disable a plugin on a page before it loads, but not after the page loads. I’d recommend you ask RFWBS how can you disable it for a specific page, using a custom code. This is an issue with their plugin wreaking strange havoc on the basic WordPress template. It’s not really a File Away issue.

That’s too bad. However, I will contact the author of RFWBS to check the possibilities.
    Thanks again for your time!

    Not a problem.
