Migrating subscribers from a self hosted wordpress site

Any way I can migrate subscribers, followers and stats from my old self hosted wordpress site (news.anha.org) to the new self hosted wordpress site (anha.org)? Anha.org replaced news.anha.org, and both were jetpack connected. I see there are tools to migrate from a wordpress.com hosted site, but haven’t found anything regarding migrating from a self hosted site.
