However, something is wrong with that URL, and your best bet is to contact MailChimp about it. The reason I am saying this, is that you should always get a signup form when visiting that URL.
Just to show you what I mean, try visiting this URL, which is my form action URL:

See how you get to see a signup form, and when visiting your URL it’s a 404 page?

I actually made a little progress. Instead of page not found, it is now going to the thank you page I created. The problem now is the test information is not showing up as a contact. Any suggestions?
I see what you mean. I was able to use the form and got to your Thank You page.
Can you check this for me?
- Log in to your MailChimp account
- Click on Lists in the navigation menu
- Click on your list name
- In the upper sub-menu, click on Settings and choose “List fields and |*MERGE*| tags”
Do you see |*EMAIL*| for email address and |*FNAME*| for first name field?
