Adding Custom Fields

Hello!

I’m a new user of the WP Support Plus PRO version, and I have a couple of questions. First, When I try to add a custom field, I get an alert message that reads, “Please Insert Field Label!” (I tried putting using labels with and without spaces in the field label field, but that didn’t make a difference.)

Second, is there a way to re-order the categories? I wanted to put the most often requested options at the top.
