the counter of facebook is not working,
I waited 24h but it still show 0 instead ~2800

Appears that your site has made many requests the Facebook API.

You should wait until the limit is reset by Facebook.

To be honest I have no idea, probably 24 hours, but this is a Facebook thing and not from the plugin.
