Followers total

Hi
We’ve migrated the email subscribers from the WordPress.com site to http://www.bregsforum.com but the total number of followers only shows the emails only. Whereas the WordPress.com used to total up all followers (emails+twitter+FB).
Anyone know how we can show this as a total?
