I have moved my WordPress site to a new URL (custom install to custom install). I understand I need support help to migrate my subscribers, but there is no contact email address I can find (apparently due to holidays). Is there any way I can get my subscribers migrated before support returns on 5 Jan?

Thanks, but those instructions only apply to migrating from WordPress.com to a custom site. I need to migrate from a custom site to a different custom site. The instructions state I need support help to do this, hence why I am asking how to do this since support seems to be on leave.

Oh sorry, my mistake – I’m sure they’ll be able to help you. JetPack support was here today and they usually put a sticky post on this forum if they are gone for an extended period of time, so hopefully they’ll still be around tomorrow before the holiday :).

So should I post the from/to site details here? Or can you advise he email address to use?

    Thanks for your help.

Oh yes, that will help them do this when they get to this without having to ask for that info. Oops I see they ARE already gone according to this page –

    http://jetpack.me/contact-support/

So this will be your best place to post your request. Sorry I can’t do anything directly for you on this – we don’t have access to the JetPack/WordPress.COM side of things.

Yes – so now you are at the same place I am at :-).

So they are not providing an email address so I can’t contact them – and I migrated my site yesterday and seem to have no way to migrate my subscribers until next year.

For the record (in case someone who can do this for me reads this post), I am migrating from http://exceleratorcbs.com.au to http://exceleratorbi.com.au and would like to move over my subscribers.

    Thanks

    Matt

@mallycat I just took care of the transfer for you. You should be all set!

@wpyogi I’ll take care of that now πŸ™‚ I’m still around for a couple of hours, but then I’ll be gone for good. This eggnog is not going to drink itself! πŸ™‚

    Happy holidays!

@jeremy Herve – AWESOME!! Enjoy your break – you all deserve it πŸ™‚ And I see you posted a sticky here – which is always helpful for us mods (and JetPack users, of course).

Great – thanks so much. WPyogi is correct – you guys ARE awesome.

    I have two issues:-
    (a) I have recently moved from wordpress.com over to the wordpress.org. I wish to transfer the subscribers from http://www.diybathandbody.wordpress.com (also the version of http://www.makingskincare.com which is hosted by wordpress – i don’t understand why there are 2 versions) over to my self hosted http://www.makingskincare.com site.
I have been trying to follow this – http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/#howto
and have been unable to find the “migrate followers” button.
    (b) I also wish to stop my subscribers from being notified of new posts until I re-do my website. I tried again to follow wordpress help pages on this but the menu options listed no longer exist.
