Dear user our last update is responsive, make sure you have the last version
Hello, I have the same problem, with the last update of both WP and the plugin, and I have the bought version. It still gets cut vertically on my mobile. And I can only put the width in pixels in the plugin settings. So if I scale the site down to mobile size the video is still 940 pixels.

Dear user, the plugin is adaptive, that means if you open it in new mobile devise all will be responsive, but if you shrink the browser window then you need to refresh the page to see it’s responsiveness.
If you are pro user and have problems with responsiveness, please write our developers info@huge-it.com and send screenshot of the problem
Hello, I have sent an e-mail too, but the response is taking some time. I have enclosed a screen shot as well. And as I said above, in the mobile the videos get cut vertically. They are within the size, but gets horisontal. Not a pretty sight, and about two thirds of the film is not visible. In the plugin settings you can only put the size in pixels since the pixels are outside the box to write in.
Dear when did you send the message? I am sure they will soon answer.
