Hi Joost,
Thanks for posting on the forum.
Try temporary removing all pop up conditions if you are using any and using different pop up loading method from the pop up settings on the following path.
Admin Area -> PopUp -> Settings
Kind Regards,
Vinod DalviThanks for your reply Vinod Dalvi:)
If have tried with the other loading method but it won’t work. And I don’t have any other pop up condition. Is there a other solution that might work out?
Mvg,
Joost
Hi Joost,
Thank you for your reply.
The WordPress PopUp plugin is working fine on my test site.
I can see due to unknown reason the plugin is displaying the following JavaScript error message in the browser console when i visit your site which is not the case with my site.
Uncaught ReferenceError: _popup_data is not definedPlease try deleting and reinstalling the WordPress PopUp plugin.
This can also be due to plugin/theme conflict.
To find find out plugin/theme conflict you can just try on your development site using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Would you mind if I logged in to your site

Vinod Dalvi@vinod – WPMU DEV Support, Please don’t ask for people’s installation credentials again. Without retracting from that point, please NEVER ask for FTP credentials.
My apologies Andrew! Won’t do it again, I’ve passed that on to the rest of our staff too just to be sure everyone is aware 🙂
Would it be okay if WPMU DEV support staff just direct users to our contact url or contact email as a last resort?
Only on WPMU DEV authored plugins of course.
Yes that’s absolutely fine!
Hi Joost,
though we could not reproduce the issue you experience on your installation we are pretty certain that we know the reason (it is related to either the theme or another plugin loading javascript earlier than our plugin expected it, that’s the reason why the PopUp plugin does not include the required javascript data)
Luckily we could modify the plugin a bit to work more robust and we found a better way to include the javascript data that should work on your website! We’ll test the changes and will release the fixed version somewhen this week.
Please let us know if the update solves your issues!
Thanks, Philipp 🙂
