We will not resize the thumb and preview images. If you want to change the image size, reduce/increase the original image and upload.

Open wp-content/plugins/contus-video-gallery/css/style.min.css and find .video-block a img, .video-block img. Here you can adjust the width and height of the thumb images. Also find .video-thumbimg. Here set the width and height same as for .video-block a img, .video-block img. Finally set the width for .video-block like previous value.
