Lightbox image size error

I am using a responsive theme (http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/). No matter what platform I view the gallery on, my photos do not fit the screen but instead display zoomed in. You must click or tap on the image for it to re-size to fit, then you are able to use the lightbox slider.
My shortcode input is as follows:
[su_custom_gallery source=”media: 858,157,151,150,76,75″ limit=”40″ link=”lightbox” width=”145″ height=”145″]Please advise as to why this is happening.
