  • That user with email …@example.com is works to authenticate ?

    For other social networks.
I think is normal to be with the email @example.com some social networks user register with phone number no email…
When the user updates profile in social networks that email example.com will replaced with real email.

You can look here http://docs.oneall.com/ or contact them

‘is works to authenticate ” ?? I do not understand this and I think you are not understanding my question.

“I think is normal to be with the email @example.com some social networks user register with phone number no email…”

This I understand. The problem is I only have ONE Social network allowed to register…that is Google. No other networks are used at all.

    Let me try again.

1/ A registered user goes to my site
2/ User clicks on ‘log in with Google’
3/ User enters in their Google login details in the Google pop-up window
4/ User fails website authentication because they are not registered.
5/ When I check user list, a NEW user has been created with a NEW email address. This should NOT be creating a new user.

The plugin is NOT using Google to allow users to log into the website UNLESS they ALREADY have Google open in another tab.

Tell me configure correctly settings in oneall.com account.
If possible send me your website adress.

I’m sure what you are asking for from my oneall account?

This is my test setup site: http://lcn-test.test-lca-website.com/

I have also just realized that my own account cannot log into the site at all! This is truly bizzare.

I think I found the setting that was causing confusion. I’m still testing but it looks like:

” Yes, try to link verified social network profiles to existing blog accounts (Default)”

HAS to be set to “YES” or else account login will fail and create a new user.

IF everything is okay please set resolved of post.
